Car Flips, Two Totaled in Three-Vehicle Wreck

At 10:57 a.m. Friday morning, a Dodge Durango driven by Lena Davis pulled out of the Taco Bell parking lot travelling north near the intersection of Newton Street and 36th. Once on the road, an eastbound Chevy Silverado hit Davis' Dodge Durango. Upon impact, the Durango flipped onto its top, slid, and made contact with a third vehicle.

All of the occupants were treated at the scene by Memorial EMS. None of the occupants were transported to Memorial Hospital.

Both vehicles involved in the initial collision were ruled as totaled.

Davis was cited for a failure to yield the right of way.
