Café Piña Opens

Jasper- Breakfast with a west coast twist.

The latest restaurant addition opened its doors yesterday with a ribbon cutting.

Café Piña’s menu mostly consists of breakfast style foods, incorporating eggs, French toast and pancakes with a “west coast” twist. Some of the favorites, according to their website, are:

• Pina Colada Pancakes
• Fruity Pebbles French Toast
• Avocado Toast
• Yogurt Parfait

Owner and Chef Claudia Juarez said during the ribbon cutting this is a dream come true.

“I’m living my dream and I wanted to do this since I was a kid. I’m very thankful for meeting Jane and giving me this opportunity to come over to the River Centre and being able to do this in Jasper and to bring something new to Dubois County.”

Café Piña can be found in the River Centre at 225 River Centre Landing Suite M Jasper, Indiana 47546.

Their hours of operation are:

• Monday and Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday through Friday: 5:30am-3:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am-4:00pm
