BREAKING: Crews Responding to School Bus Accident With Power Lines Down, Kids On Board

#UPDATE:  Scary moments for students on-board a Northeast Dubois School bus this morning after it ran into low hanging electrical wires.

It happened just before 7:45 a.m. on 600 North off of U.S. 231.

The kids on board were kept on the bus until Dubois REC crews could determine whether the wires were live or not.  The students were put on a different bus and sent to school.

Luckily no one was hurt.

#BREAKING: Emergency crews are responding to 600 N off of U.S. 231 on a report of a bus accident with power lines down.

Kids are on the bus, but Dubois REC is recommending they keep children on-board until crews can determine the lines are not energized.
