Area Man Arrested Over the Weekend on Felony Rape Charges

SHOALS -- A Martin County man is in jail on a felony Rape charge.

Indiana State Police launched an investigation into Waylon Winniger, 33 of Shoals back in January.

He was arrested over the weekend after police found him walking on Progress School Road.

No other details have been released.
