Area Man Arrested on Child Molestation Charges Stemming From 2018 Incident

NEW SALISBURY -- A Marengo man has been arrested on child molestation charges.

Police say 68-year-old Michael Ransdale is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a child back in 2018 at a home in New Salisbury.

Ransdale was arrested Friday at his home in Marengo and transported to the Harrison County jail without incident.

He is facing one count of level four felony child molestation.
