Area Judge Killed in Plane Crash in Lawrence County, Illinois

Investigators say Judge Ryan Johanningsmeier of Knox County, Indiana was the only person on board when the plane went down. It was north of the Lawrence County Airport where the wreckage was discovered Saturday morning by another pilot. 

The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating.
