JASPER -- An appeals court has upheld the murder conviction of Kyle Schneider.

His attorney, this week, claimed prosecutors limited the evidence at his trial and gave the jury bogus instructions.

The appeals court disagreed and let the lower court decision stand.

A jury convicted Schneider of murder and he was sentenced to 91 years behind bars.

Prosecutors say he beat, stabbed, and killed Chloie Lubbehusen in her home near St. Anthony earlier this year.
