SCHOOLS: 2 HOUR DELAY

All GJCS schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Friday, January 7. 

Southwest Dubois County Schools will have an e-learning day January 7th. 

Paoli Community Schools will dismiss at 1pm today (1-6-22) and operate on a Two Hour Delay tomorrow (1-7-22) due to the expected low temperatures.

Springs Valley Schools will operate on a two-hour delay (1-7-2022)

Loogootee Community Schools will operate on a Two Hour Delay Friday morning

SCHOOLS: CLOSED 

Southwest Dubois will dismiss at 1pm today (1/6/2021).  Student drivers at Southridge High School will be dismissed at 1:00.  Dismissal procedures for bus riders and parent pick up/car riders will begin at 1:30 at each building.  Elementary students will follow their regular transportation plan unless the school is contacted.

Southwest Dubois County Schools will have an e-learning day January 7th. 

All SED schools will be closed for Friday, January 7. This will be a virtual learning day for students.

BUSINESSES: CLOSED

The Shared Abundance Store will close at 4pm this afternoon (1-6) and the Food Pantry will NOT be open today.

The Jasper, Ferdinand, Dubois and Birdseye Libraries will be closing at 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 6.

St. Isidore Parish in Celestine, Friday Morning 8 o’clock Mass is Cancelled.

EVENTS: CANCELLED

No Group Exercise Classes this evening (1-6) at the Tri-County YMCA.

Color My World Preschool - Afternoon Classes Cancelled and the office is closed.

SPORTS: CANCELLED

Forest Park Jr. High.  Boys Basketball vs. Tecumseh Cancelled.   Girls Basketball at St. Bernard’s is Cancelled.

Girls Basketball:  Forest Park vs. Jasper (Varsity & JV) tonight is Cancelled. Rescheduled for Jan. 25th.

Northeast Dubois Athletics are canceled for this evening.

Springs Valley athletic events for this evening have been canceled.
