ALL CLEAR: Suspicious Packages Forces Evacuations and Traffic Detours in Paoli Tuesday Night

PAOLI -- A suspicious package forced authorities in Paoli to evacuate the Town Square last night.

The call came in to 911 around 9 p.m.  Police say the caller reported a suspicious item located on the south side of the square.

Traffic was diverted away from the area as Indiana State Police and local agencies investigated.

Police determined the object posed no threat to the community.

Tensions are high across the country right now with violence being planned in all 50 states leading up to the Inauguration of president-elect Joe Biden. State Capitols across the country and boarding up and increasing security to prepare for the developing threat.
