23 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Indiana Since Thursday Bringing Total to 79
STATEWIDE -- Twenty-three more Hoosiers have tested positive for COVID-19 since Thursday, the Indiana State Department of Health announced Friday.
The number of Hoosiers confirmed to have the virus is now 79, with a total of 554 people tested by ISDH and other facilities.
The new cases involve residents of Allen (1), Boone (1), Floyd (1), Grant (1), Hamilton (3), Johnson (1), Lake (2), Marion (6), Shelby (1), St. Joseph (3), Tippecanoe (1), Vanderburgh (1) and Vigo (1) counties.
Two deaths have occurred in Indiana.
