19-Year Old Bicknell Man Arrested after Accident

Jasper- The Jasper Police Department arrested and charged a 19 year old with OWI.

Officers responded to a single vehicle accident near Mill Street just before midnight Saturday. After an investigation it was determined that Levi Brocksmith, 19, had consumed alcohol.

Brocksmith was taken into custody and transported to the Jasper Police Department and tested at a .11 on a certified breath test. He was then transported and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.

• Operating While Intoxicated- Class C Misdemeanor
• Minor Consuming- Class C Misdemeanor
