Dubois County Representatives attend Republican Convention In Indianapolis

Dubois Co.- Sixteen Dubois County Republican Delegates who were elected on May 3rd, attended the Indiana Republican Convention on June 18, 2022 in Indianapolis. 

The county's representatives included: Chad Blessinger, Janet Duncan, Robert Duncan, Gill Eckerle, Nancy Eckerle, Sonya Haas, Donald Hayes, Amy Kippenbrock, Tom Kleinhelter, Deena Lewis, Jackie Messmer-McPherron, Stephen McPherron, Kitty Merkley, Mark Messmer, Terry Seitz, and Heather Zehr. 

Adoption of the 2022 Republican Party Platform preceded campaign speeches from eight candidates vying for the nomination to three open state seats. 

The lengthy selection process took several hours through four rounds of voting by more than 1600 delegates representing all 92 Indiana counties. The final GOP candidates who were nominated to appear on the November ballot are:

Auditor of State - Tera Klutz
