ALERT: 35 New COVID Cases Reported in Dubois County Over the Weekend

JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department reported 35 new positive cases of COVID-19 in the county over the weekend.
That brings the county's total to 1078 cases of the virus in Dubois County since the pandemic began. Of those cases, 19 have died; 892 others have recovered. When you do the math, it comes out to 167 active cases in the county.

Dubois County reported a total of 74 new cases last week alone.
The county’s seven-day positivity rate stands at 9.6%.
12 new cases of COVID-19 are being reported in Daviess County as of Sunday's update and eight in Pike County. Spencer and Orange Counties each report four new cases; three in Crawford County and just one new case was reported Sunday in Martin County.
Perry County is the only county in our area that did not report a new case of the virus as of the Sunday update.
