Former Mt Carmel basketball standout Justin Carpenter has transferred from Southeast Missouri State to Wabash Valley College. That was announced yesterday in Mt Carmel. Carpenter averaged 14 points per game in leading Mt Carmel to a second place finish in the Illinois Class 2A tournament. Carpenter averaged 8.5 pts and 4.7 rebounds for SEMO as a Freshman last year.
