JELL-O POKE CAKE WITH COOL WHIP TOPPING 03'/02/10
1 (2-layer) white cake mix
1 (3-ounce) package Jell-O gelatine, any flavor
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub Cool Whip, thawed
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in a greased 9x13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then poke with a fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water. Add cold water. Spoon over cake. Chill 3-4 hours. Frost or top servings with Cool Whip. |
