WARM AND GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CAKE 02/11/10

1 package (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
4 eggs, divided
1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the cake mix, melted butter and 2 eggs on low speed for 30 seconds, stopping frequently to scrape beater and sides of bowl. Then, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread onto the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Beat remaining ingredents until well blended. Pour over batter in pan.

Bake 30 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool slightly. Yields 16 servings. Refrigerate leftovers.
