LITTLE GLAZED TURKEY/HAM COCKTAIL SANDWICHES 12/28/09

2 packages Hawaiian rolls
1 (8-opunce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 pound shaved turkey or ham

Cut rolls in half. Put bottom halves in a 9x13-inch pan. Layer meat on top of rolls. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover with top halves of rolls (top halves are the dark tops of the rolls). Cover with glaze.

GLAZE:

3/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dried onion
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Mix and heat glaze in a saucepan. Pour glaze over the top of rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
