Semi Fire Snarls Traffic in Jasper Thursday

JASPER -- Jasper firefighters responded to a semi-truck fire yesterday.

It happened outside of the Eastown Recreation Center on Crossroads Avenue just before 4 yesterday.

It caused quite a traffic mess as drivers waited to get around the incident with JPD out directing that traffic.

Luckily no one was hurt.

No word today on what caused the fire.
