A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Cromwell Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Jerry Moore, an 85 year old White male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, 160 pounds, gray hair with brown eyes, last seen wearing a gray coat, blue jeans and black leather shoes.

Jerry is missing from Cromwell, Indiana which is 150 miles northeast of Indianapolis and was last seen on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:15 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
